This is very nice.  It's intricacies is all about parting,  tucking in to a pony base.  Twist,  tuck in,  twist,  tuck.... Just keep repeating it till you get this look or take the pic to an hair stylist to make it for you. 

Before you will even think of going for this particular style,  you have to relax your hair because this entails pulling your hair forward,  then geling up the back.  If you look clearly,  you will notice an extension was added to the pony base and then wrapped around the base to obtain this look.  This can be worn to any occasion. 

This styling can only be done by a stylist.  Won't be cool bugging you with stories.  It's a little complex than others.
