Teacher brutally beats pupil with barbed wire; leaves him with severe injuries

 

According to a Facebook user by the name Rita Kaagwa, the diabolical act meted out on the boy was so serious that the youths of the community mobilized themselves and were hellbent on beating the teacher to death but they were persuaded by the elders not to take the laws into their hands but to hand over the teacher to the police.

 

 

 

 if not for the timely intervention of elders, some angry youths would have lynched a primary school teacher to death after he did this evil to this pupil over an undisclosed offence, using a barbed wire, thereby inflicting severe injuries on the child.
