What Evil! Doctors refuse to release medical report of Cojoined twins to enable them travel abroad for surgery

According to this woman with username @carolyna-hutchings on instagram, she said doctors in Enugu have refused to release the medical reports and CT scans of this conjoined twins as there are doctors in US willing to help separate them. The hospital having them in Enugu went as far as raising funds for the surgery without the parents consent. The mother is calling on social media to help stop those doctors in Enugu.
