Kylie Jenner is claiming that she has always been 'best friends' with Blac Chyna - despite the fact that Tyga dumped his former fiancee to date her. The 18-year-old reality star and 27-year-old spent the day together at Kylie's house on Thursday, and naturally made sure to document the whole thing on Snapchat.
