Kim Kardashian flashes her lace bra and her Cleavage in racy off-the-shoulder dress with a daringly low neckline (Photos)

The mother of two put on a very busty display in a daringly low cut dress that revealed her cleavage and the top of a lacy bra as she paid a visit to a cosmetic dermatology clinic on Thursday.

The reality star, who gave birth to son Saint in November, poured her post-pregnancy body into the plunging black number that she paired with fish net tights and towering heels.

She flashed a look at her ample cleavage as she lent over to adjust the hem of the midi-length dress, narrowly avoiding a wardrobe malfunction.  
Kim added her favorite over sized black leather jacket that has images of herself on it, draping it over her shoulders as she exited the treatment center.

On the move: It was a busy day for Kim and her publicist pal as they headed to yet another location as evening fell
