Ways to Treat Receding Hairline & Hair Loss




As one gets older, the hairline will begin to move slightly above the forehead. For men, this starts when they get to the age of 18 and continues until like 29. This hair thinning may reduce when one reaches what is called a ‘Mature hairline’. But for some people, the hair thinning may continue and gradually become pattern balding.

1. Healthy diet: Foods that are rich in antioxidants can help your hair to look healthier and full. Antioxidants are ingredients that fight oxidative stress which ages the hair. Foods like kidney beans, spinach, walnuts are all rich in natural antioxidants.

Also, you should ensure that your foods contain Vitamin A, B-12, E, iron and zinc. Eating lots of leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds will help improve the way your hair looks and feels.



2. Herbal remedies: Hair oils are also known as hair tonics which contain herbs and essential oils that can help to promote your hair growth.
